Traditional RFID technology allows the storage of unique identifiers that allow the remote tracking of materials. This technology has been extended to now include information with regard to product instruction and read/write capability.
Now RFIDs can be included with every component such that on a production line an automated system can determine what the component is and whether it matches up to the production manifest.
This technology can be used to interact with directing software systems that control the production line to reduce errors, scrap and human interaction.

With RFID you can track the status of the product, which will help us to know the status information any time through cloud.

An important industrial consumer of RFID technology is the automotive industry. An RFID tag with a set of final requirements for a product can be placed on a frame or body of a vehicle assembled on a conveyor and during conveyor production at various sites (assembly, painting, etc.) automatically go through all the steps with the necessary configuration. The label attached to the product at the production stage can then be used to account for the product in the warehouse or to confirm the authenticity of the item that has already been put into operation.
