I think if the block has self destruction logic then it may possible. Means if the block is programed to be destroyed by itself after certain time or condition

No. There are cannot modified after verified by consensus

No, its not possible. Because each block has been created combination of (Current transaction data + Previous blocks hash value)
So the blocks using the following inputs:
1. Current transaction data
2. Previous blocks hash value
3. block #
4. Nonce (in bitcoins)
5. Time stamp.
So if we removed any blocks entire chain will be collapsed.
