Digital transformation is a journey for the organization. Ideally it has 5 major steps to achieve

– Organization Behavior – Are the employees, stake holders are ready for digital initiative. It is very important to take everyone in confidence.
– Digitization – Are the major documents, manual records are digitized? If no, you must have electronic storage of these document.
– Digitization of the Processes – Mainly automation of the processes and all the manual activities. i.e. implementation of ERP & other application for process automation and integration of the systems.
– Digital Optimization – From this point, the process of digital transformation gets initiated.

– Introduction of RPA, IoT and integration,
– Use cloud computing power and edge technologies
– System Integration
– Implement Machine learning system mainly in factory environment
