Route Planning as in travelling from point A to point B:
Based on the different constraints and business rules provided for the route, and street and distance information, AI can use mathematical algorithms to optimize the route recommendation. First calculate all the possible routes between A and B and make assumptions based on the time to travel the route. Apply the constraints (e.g. current traffic conditions, construction, accidents information)and business rules (stop lights, no left turns, no entry, etc.) for the route and recommend the best possible route to take.
